Smiley Magnets LLC operates an online store that allows customers to upload images and order custom fridge magnets. Our Products are created based on the images or designs you submit. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page.

2. Eligibility

By using our Site and placing an order, you represent that you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a legal guardian to do so. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when placing an order.

3. Custom Products

All magnets produced through our website are custom-made based on the images or designs you upload.
You are solely responsible for any content, image, or design you upload. By submitting your images, you confirm that:

• You own or have obtained all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to use the content.
• Your uploaded content does not infringe on the rights of any third party, including copyrights, trademarks, or privacy rights.
• Smiley Magnets LLC does not review all submitted content and assumes no liability for any infringement claims resulting from customer-provided materials.
• You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Smiley Magnets LLC, its owners, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from the use of images or content you submit.
• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders that we believe may violate copyright or intellectual property laws.

By uploading any image or design, you grant Smiley Magnets LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and modify the image for the sole purpose of producing and delivering your custom magnet.
We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order containing content that is illegal, offensive, infringing, or inappropriate at our sole discretion.

4. Orders and Payments

All orders are processed through Stripe, a secure third-party payment processor.
By providing your payment information, you authorize us to charge the total amount of your purchase, including any applicable taxes and shipping fees.
We do not store or have access to your full payment information; all transactions are handled in accordance with Stripe’s privacy and security policies.
Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.

5. Non-Refundable and Non-Returnable Policy

Since all our magnets are custom-made based on your uploaded image, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds once an order is placed and production has begun.
Exceptions may apply only in the following cases:

• The product arrives damaged or defective
• You receive an incorrect item due to our error

In such cases, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@smileymagnets.com with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. We will review and, if approved, arrange a replacement.

6. Image and Content Guidelines

You agree not to upload or submit any image that:

• Infringes on copyrights, trademarks, or any intellectual property rights of others;
• Contains offensive, pornographic, defamatory, or discriminatory content;
• Promotes violence, hate, or illegal activities.

We reserve the right to reject any order that violates these terms, and report unlawful content to the appropriate authorities if necessary.

7. Shipping and Delivery
